When passing with the inside of the foot place your plant foot next to and 6inches from the ball. Bend both knees slightly and have your kicking sides’ knee and shoulder over the ball. With your hip pointing slightly outwards swing from your knee down connecting the instep of your passing foot with the middle of the ball. Hands out for balance and squeeze your core slightly as you connect with the ball.
